From appointment booking process to your arrival at the clinic, your convenience is our first priority.
All appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes. This allows for you and your pet to meet with one of our Registered Veterinary Technicians, have your pets weight and history taken along with any health or behavioral concerns for the doctor to be entered into his or her medical history.
Our doctors will meet you and your pet and answer any questions you may have that were not taken care of by the veterinary technician.
Occasionally if your pet requires blood work, urine collection, radiographs or other procedures they may be required to spend part of the day with us in order for these samples to be collected.
Any medications, care instructions or recommendations will be fully explained before departing for the day.
When you get home, if something seems unclear, please call us. One of our staff members will be happy to discuss your concerns and clarify any confusion.
