COVID-19 Update

At the Oakridge Animal clinic we are committed to providing the best care possible, while maintaining the health and safety of our clients, staff, patients and community. At this time we are continuing our regular hours, and would like to reassure you that we are actively taking proactive measures to do our part in flattening the curve.

We currently plan to continue all of our scheduled appointments and surgeries. As always we will do our best to accommodate sick patients in every way that we can.

We ask for your help in keeping Oakridge a safe environment. If possible, we prefer that only one person accompanies your pet to the clinic. If you have travelled in the last 14 days, are sick in any way, or if you are immunocompromised we ask that you either reschedule your appointment, or find someone else to bring your pet in. If this is not possible, or if you would just prefer to physically not enter the building, then we can arrange to meet you at your car and bring your pet into the clinic, and then perform all other tasks by phone. For parking lot drop off and pick up, please call 519 471-1560 and we will take a history over the phone, and then greet you at your car to bring your animal into the clinic.

We also encourage the use of our web store for food delivery to your door. If this is a service that you have not used before but are interested in, it is really easy to get set up. Just sign up using an email address, and then select Oakridge Animal Clinic as your clinic. If you are having any trouble with this process, please call us and we will help get you set up for this service. https://www2.myvetstore.ca

Our team is committed to your health and safety. If any member of our staff is feeling unwell or has recent travel history we will self isolate. We are all practicing social isolation, and will do our best to stay healthy so that we can continue to be your pet health care team.

Please do not hesitate to call us 519 471-1560 with any questions or concerns. We thank you for your understanding as this situation develops. Please check back regularly for updates.

Sincerely,
Your team in Blue at the Oakridge Animal Clinic
