At the Oakridge Animal Clinic, we are committed to providing the best care possible while maintaining the health and safety of our clients, staff, patients, and community. At this time we would like to reassure you that we are actively taking proactive measures to do our part in flattening the curve.
Oakridge will continue to accommodate routine, elective, and surgical procedures. As always we will continue to care for sick patients in every way that we can. Social distancing is a must and at this time we will be only allowing pets with furry feet into the building.
For appointment ease and due to an increased volume of calls we have introduced a new innovated way to check-in for your pet scheduled appointment. Upon arrival we kindly ask that you text us at:
Our automated reply will let you know that we have received your check-in notice.
If you cannot text us, please call us at the clinic. Our phone lines have been busier than usual, so please be patient.
To begin your appointment a member of the team will call you.
A member of our team will meet you outside to escort your pet inside for the medical team to begin their examination and/or procedure. (We also like to sneak in a lot of treats and snuggles during this time- can you blame us?).
A Veterinarian will contact you via telephone after she/he has finished examining your pet.
Preferred payment is taken over the telephone via VISA or MASTERCARD.
We are also offering contactless services for food items or medications. Please contact our care coordination team to arrange pick up of goods.
Alternatively, ask one of our team members about our home delivery service for food items!
